Once an order is placed with Sleep Nation, a member from our customer service team will contact you ( within 24 hours) to arrange a specific delivery date and confirm product availability. Please place any special instructions in the comments section of the checkout page to assist our delivery team on a timely and effective delivery process.

Local Shipping (Greater Toronto Area)

We offer a flexible delivery schedule, which means more options for our customers.  We deliver on Mondays, Thursdays and Weekends, to different cities during the week, and we urge you to choose one of those days for your delivery. On the day of delivery, you will receive an email or a call with your estimated delivery time (2-hour window) and live tracking.  Please ensure someone is home to receive the mattress as our delivery rep cannot wait more than 15 min. Alternatively, if you instruct us, we can drop the mattress on your front porch or on the side of your home.

Note: Our team of delivery experts are trained professionals. We ensure every delivery is completed safely, efficiently, and without damage.

In some cases, large mattresses (i.e., king-size) need to be squeezed and/or bent to fit in tight stairways and/or clearances. The delivery team may assess the situation first and inform the customer of these hazards. The customer may refuse to continue with delivery if they realize there is a chance of damage during the process.

If the customer chooses to proceed, they may be required to sign a damage waiver to accept the risk or damage to their property. We are not responsible for any scrapes or scratches, and/or other damages that may occur in the process.

It is the customer's responsibility to measure their homes to ensure ample space to safely deliver a mattress to the designated area in their home. We also ask customers to prepare their homes for safe delivery by removing any items in hallways and stairways, covering delicate flooring, de-icing driveways and stairways, and removing any other safety hazards which could interfere with the delivery.
